| And Life Begins... Terry Wollman, Mangoeater Music ASCAP “Miroslav Philharmonik is awesome!!! As a composer that is used to working with a live orchestra, I found the instrument sounds to be inspiring and extremely responsive. This library would be an asset for any composer or studio. | Desert Run, by Luca Thomas d'Agiout “Desert Run” begins with the auditory fabric of just that. “In the first half, I tried to produce a mood reminiscent of an action/adventure film” states Luca Thomas d’Agiout. Beautifully structured strings, brass, and various percussion elements immediately set the atmosphere of the piece, quickly changing mood and soundscape into beautiful articulations. “I placed a heavy emphasis on brass,” stated Luca, “and then followed it with a magical crescendo leading to the bright choral finale.” Courtesy of Luca Thomas d'Agiout. | White Pearl, by Luca Thomas d'Agiout White Pearl begins with a beautiful arrangement of uplifting strings and choral samples. Composer Luca Thoams d’Agiout states: “This composition uses a full orchestral template in a condensed form.” A violin solo eases out of the mix, soaring to a peak. The mood changes drastically when a dark storm of percussion, woodwinds, and brass, erupt into a tense moment of climax, each instrument maintaining its own place in the mix. The tension quickly breaks, easing into another brief violin solo followed by a triumphant finish. “I tried to represent the many faces of Miroslav Philharmonik, alternating from smooth to epic, then back again” Luca stated. This piece is representative of the rich diversity available in the Miroslav Philharmonik library. Courtesy of Luca Thomas d'Agiout. Download mp3 - 4.5 MB |

| J.S. Bach, Orchestral Suite #2, BVW 1067 in B minor - Badinerie “A great example of what you can achieve by using Miroslav Philharmonik. For this demo song there was heavy usage of articulation switching to achieve a very realistic effect, especially on solo strings.” Courtesy of Davide Barbi. Download mp3 - 2.1 MB |

| "Presto" from Bach's Sonata for Violin n. 1 in G minor This elegant piece is a prime example of how just the solo violin instrument part in Miroslav Philharmonik can offer both great playability and realism. This song was played live with no articulations usage, therefore displaying how lifelike Philharmonik's strings sound without any need for additional tweaking. Emotional slides captured from the original performance recordings shine through this sample, showing its ability to captivate with realistic quality. Courtesy of Davide Fregni. Download mp3 - 1 MB |

| Dvorak Symphony number 9 - New World Symphony “This is one of my favorite pieces of music, the fact that Miroslav recorded the sounds in the Dvorák Symphony Hall made it all that much more appropriate to be the first demo. It was two instances of Miroslav Philharmonik, in Cubase SX3. One of the great things about Philharmonik is that it is both one of the fastest tools for recreating a symphonic arrangement, yet it has a good variety of different articulations and performance variation to allow one to spend more time to recreate many of the subtle nuances of a real orchestra.” Courtesy of David Kerzner. | Movie Soundtrack 1 This large usage of instrumentation in Philharmonik results in beautiful moody orchestral nuances that are very noticeable. Fully articulated strings sound lifelike sliding from curious to melancholy. Woodwinds sound extremely realistic. There is a building segment of excitement with choral elements added to large orchestral percussion that creates a lot of suspense. Panning of orchestral positioning is evident in the full mix of the sound stage, adding to the realism. The piece ends with a heavenly plucked harp sequence spread out beautifully with the true reverb of the Dvorak Hall. This Philharmonik demo is an example of its superb ability for scoring movie soundtracks. Courtesy of Larry Ortega. Download mp3 - 2.4 MB |

| Movie Soundtrack 2 A composition taking full advantage of Philharmonik's mixing elements and full orchestration, showing you just how versatile the orchestral workstation is for creating professionally lifelike sounds. It has a sweet quality from tender attention to midi orchestration, that quickly moves to soundtrack style theme with full horns as if he were scoring a heroic journey at an opening ceremony. Choral elements combined with elaborate attention to all orchestral instruments in the mix create that full magical sound this orchestra is known for. Courtesy of Larry Ortega. | Modern Orchestra A combined and complex orchestration showing full usage of all types of instruments that move fluidly from transition to transition. You are literally transported in front of an orchestra playing a full mix of instruments with superb articulations and smooth sounding glissando plus expressive nuances laced on every track. Ends with a large crescendo, over the top displays of percussion-due to Philharmonik's timely velocity switching- and a grand finale with gorgeously large male and female choirs. | Hamza Revenge by Federico Pelle “Hamza Revenge is a very complex piece of music even if it may sound simple at the first instance. Behind the solo instrument, the Clarinet, one can hear most sophisticated textures of strings. It’s a multifaceted and unique blend of sounds and patterns. Apart from this the dynamic range had to be very vast, with a continuous 'crescendo' during the three minutes of the composition. As the colours and instruments alternate continuously, the music never sounds the same even if the melody remains identical. Thanks to Miroslav Philharmonik, the result is absolutely realistic. The positioning of the instruments and the depth of the environment are so real. All the mixing was done in Miroslav Philharmonik including the fine tuning of velocity and volume. I never modified the panning, as all the instruments had been recorded in their correct positioning already. Just splendid!” Courtesy of Federico Pelle. Download mp3 - 2.9 MB |

| Live Miroslav Philharmonik Combi “Miroslav Philharmonik is an orchestral workstation that is designed to work like hardware keyboard workstations. You have single sounds that you can arrange with multi-timbrally, and then you have unique and powerful combi sounds which are like interactive orchestral layers that respond to your playing as if you were the conductor of a live orchestra. This demo is a combi sound improvised and played live once on a single track without any overdubbing. Listen for all the variations in timbre and dynamics that can happen with just one combi sound in Miroslav Philharmonik. It is a lot of fun using multiple controls, such as mod wheel, expression pedal, velocity, aftertouch and different ranges of the keyboard to bring in and out the various elements of an orchestral layer combi.” Courtesy of David Kerzner. | Movie Soundtrack Demo using Miroslav Philharmonik “Here is an excellent example of just one of the many uses of Miroslav Philharmonik for film scoring and movie soundtracks. The respond to midi control is paramount for creating expressive and moving arrangements in order to convey an emotional quality to the music.” Courtesy of David Kerzner. Download mp3 - 2.3 MB |
